There once was a dog named Poppy
and watching birds was her hobby
she’d watch from the deck
the tucker, they’d peck
Even better than watching the hockey
She’d guard that feeder all day
and bark at them squirrels “GO AWAY”
her tail would wag
“I saved them” she’d brag
Then happy, the birdies would stay
